We spoke with Christina Dominguez, owner of Christina’s Charcuterie, who shared the following information with us.
Please describe your business:
We offer beautifully curated charcuterie boards, grazing tables and boxes. I am a wine and cheese lover and have always had a passion for food styling. After receiving rave reviews from family and friends when I shared my creations, I decided it was time to take my passion to the next level and turn it into a business! Our boards feature premium ingredients from local farms, and can be customized for any occasion – big or small!
What is your favorite item(s) for Spring 2021:
We love adding special touches whenever possible! For spring specifically, we like to add a pop of color (like pinks and yellows) along with flowers for garnish.
What accommodations have you made for COVID safety / allergies / dietary restrictions:
For COVID specifically, we offer small charcuterie boxes that serve up to 2 people – which is great for picnics, social distancing events, and ideal for couples. We also have a medium charcuterie box that can serve up to 6 people – which would be a great size for a family or friends to share. In addition, we can create individual “charcuterie cones” which are cones meant for an individual serving (minimums apply). We can also accommodate unique charcuterie orders, such as serving in jars or paper food boats if desired.
For any dietary restrictions or allergies, we can always work with a customer to accommodate their dietary needs as much as possible. It is very easy to adjust and personalize orders as each one is a custom design!
What are you looking forward to as we continue to move towards post COVID life:
I’m looking forward to seeing more celebrations, events and gatherings – we have a lot to make up for!

We offer online ordering via our website here, or through email at [email protected]. For pickup and delivery options, we can coordinate a local place/time for pickup (at no additional charge), or we offer delivery for an additional fee, based on travel distance.
